STC informa: Liberación plazas parking en Torre Suecia / Release of parking spaces in Torre Suecia

A raíz del anuncio de consolidación de los centros de Madrid que supone el traslado de toda la plantilla del centro de ML al de TS, hemos solicitado a la empresa la optimización de la disponibilidad de las plazas de parking en Torre Suecia.

Las razones objetivas que nos ha llevado a realizar esta solicitud son:

  • el alto número de personas trabajadoras que serán adscritos a este centro de trabajo
  • la dificultad de aparcar en la vía pública, al estar ubicado el edificio en zona de aparcamiento regulado
  • el alto coste del parking privado en la zona
  • la limitación de acceso a la zona interior de la M-30 a coches sin pegatina que no estén empadronados en Madrid o por restricción de acceso por contaminación

La situación actual permite teletrabajar a las personas con plaza de parking asignada, y el nuevo entorno de trabajo flexible facilita el control del uso de las plazas de parking, y por tanto, la mejora de la eficiencia de las plazas disponibles en el edificio.

No se entiende que teniendo las plazas disponibles no se haga un aprovechamiento más efectivo de las mismas evitando que queden vacías

Por eso, STC ha solicitado a la empresa que implemente una medida, demandada mayoritariamente por la plantilla, para optimizar el uso de las plazas de parking de Torre Suecia.

Following the announcement of the consolidation of the Madrid centers that involves the transfer of the entire staff of the ML center to the TS center, we have requested the company to optimize the availability of parking spaces in Torre Suecia.

The objective reasons that have led us to make this request are:

  • the high number of employees who will be assigned to this work center
  • the difficulty of parking on public roads, as the building is located in a regulated parking zone
  • the high cost of private parking in the area
  • the limitation of access to the inner zone of the M-30 to cars without a sticker that are not registered in Madrid or for access restriction due to contamination.

The current situation allows people with assigned parking spaces to telework, and the new flexible work environment facilitates the control of the use of parking spaces, and therefore, the improvement of the efficiency of the available parking spaces in the building.

It is not understood that having the available parking spaces available does not make a more effective use of them, preventing them from remaining empty.

Therefore, STC has asked the company to implement a measure, demanded by the majority of the staff, to optimize the use of the parking spaces in Torre Suecia.
