Es momento de movilizarse / Time to mobilise
La Empresa nos ha comunicado dos nuevas salidas forzosas, despidos con los que la Empresa deja claro su pretensión de seguir sin contar con los representantes de esos mismos trabajadores a los que está despidiendo.
En STC instamos a la empresa a sentarse a negociar un acuerdo donde prevalezcan las salidas consensuadas que satisfaga a las partes y esté en concordancia con los buenos resultados conseguidos gracias a esos empleados de los que ahora prescinde.
El proceso actual seguido por la empresa para proceder a estos despidos, sin una negociación con los representantes legales de los trabajadores, es perjudicial para la plantilla, y ante esto vamos a responder con movilizaciones, protestas y si es necesario llevaremos el problema fuera del entorno de Ericsson.
STC convoca a todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras y resto de fuerzas sindicales a secundar las siguientes movilizaciones en la entrada del edificio de Torre Suecia de las que daremos más detalles en futuros comunicados:
- Jueves 21 Septiembre, 17:00
- Jueves 28 Septiembre, 17:30
Es importante una amplia participación de la plantilla en defensa de nuestros derechos laborales de modo que la empresa entienda que debe sentarse a negociar y no actuar de manera unilateral. Os animamos también a participar en las asambleas informativas que se irán convocando.
Recordad: cualquiera puede ser el siguiente en ser despedido. Este año 2023 muy probablemente tendrá más despidos forzosos.
The company has informed us of two new forced departures, dismissals with which the company makes clear its intention to continue without the representatives of the same workers it is dismissing.
At STC we urge the company to sit down and negotiate an agreement where consensual departures prevail, which satisfies the parties and is in accordance with the good results achieved thanks to those employees who are now being made redundant.
The current process followed by the company to proceed with these dismissals, without negotiation with the legal representatives of the workers, is detrimental to the workforce, and we will respond to this with mobilisations, protests and if necessary we will take the problem outside Ericsson.
STC calls on all workers and other trade union forces to support the following mobilisations at the entrance of the Torre Suecia building, details of which will be given in future announcements:
- Thursday 21 September, 17:00
- Thursday 28 September, 17:30
It is important that there is a broad participation of the staff in defence of our labour rights so that the company understands that it must sit down to negotiate and not act unilaterally. We also encourage you to participate in the informative assemblies that will be called.
Remember: anyone can be the next to be fired. This year 2023 will most probably have more forced dismissals.
