ERE 2026: inicio del periodo de negociación / Collective Dismissal Procedure Ericsson
Queremos informaros de que en el día de hoy hemos mantenido la primera reunión formal dentro del marco de negociación del proceso de despido colectivo, constituyendo la mesa negociadora, compuesta por 8 miembros de la sección sindical STC, 3 CCOO y 2 UGT.
En esta reunión se nos ha informado que la afectación será de 180 personas, alegando causas organizativas y de producción. Adicionalmente, se nos ha proporcionado la documentación preceptiva para el inicio del proceso de negociación, la cual vamos a analizar en detalle junto con nuestro servicio jurídico.
Tal y como hemos venido manteniendo en STC, nuestra posición sigue siendo que el proceso se articule exclusivamente mediante salidas 100% voluntarias.
We would like to inform you that today we held the first formal meeting within the framework of negotiations for the collective dismissal process, establishing the negotiating committee, composed of 8 members from the STC union section, 3 from CCOO, and 2 from UGT.
At this meeting, we were informed that 180 people will be affected, citing organizational and production reasons. In addition, we were provided with the mandatory documentation for the start of the negotiation process, which we will analyze in detail together with our legal department.
As we have maintained at STC, our position continues to be that the process should be carried out exclusively through 100% voluntary departures.
