STC Informa: Segunda residencia / Second residence
Una vez más os recordamos que, de acuerdo al correo recibido de OHS (adjunto) con la actual instrucción de teletrabajo, es necesario seguir un procedimiento con sus plazos para informar del cambio de residencia durante el tiempo que estemos realizando el teletrabajo fuera del domicilio habitual durante los meses estivales.
Concretamente, si no se ha realizado previamente, se tiene que registrar el domicilio de la nueva residencia en Successfactor y realizar la evaluación de riesgos sobre el teletrabajo de OHS con respecto a la nueva residencia. Finalmente hay que informar a tu manager y a HR DIRECT con 7 días de antelación antes de realizar el cambio al nuevo domicilio. Si tienes dudas habla con tu manager directo, pues es quien tiene todos los detalles al respecto y quien además debe estar en todo momento al tanto de tu lugar de trabajo
