STC Informa: Primera acción frente a los despidos / First Action Against Layoffs
| Hola, Tal y como os adelantamos el viernes pasado, os recordamos que para mañana (30/05) y el jueves (01/06) tenemos convocada la acción de cumplir exclusivamente el horario de presencia obligatoria (calendario laboral) para los colectivos que dispongan de ella. Es muy importante que todos y todas secundemos masivamente esta acción de solidaridad con los despedidos/as y como protesta ante la empresa por los modos utilizados y por no abrir una negociación con los representantes donde tratar estos asuntos. A modo de resumen estos horarios son (pudiera haber algún otro colectivo al que le apliquen otras normas y en ese caso aplicar las que correspondan): EEM Hora de entrada: 9:30 y Hora de salida: 15:00 EEM (Avatar) Hora de entrada: 9:00 y Hora de salida: 17:13 ENI Hora de entrada: 9:30 y Hora de salida: 16:15 Ante las posibles dudas que pudieran surgir queremos matizar que esta acción consiste en aplicar legalmente el horario de presencia obligatoria (un determinado día), pero no por ello no cumplir con nuestra jornada en cómputo semanal o mensual según el colectivo al que pertenezcamos. Para que quede constancia del cumplimiento de este horario, es muy importante que tengáis totalmente apagado el ordenador fuera de esa franja. No vale con cerrar la tapa del portátil o esperar a que se ponga en stand by porque, de este modo, se queda la presencia en Teams como “Away” y el efecto buscado es que estemos en modo “Offline”. Cabe destacar que, para los que tengáis en el móvil el Teams instalado, hay que cerrar la sesión porque si no aparecéis siempre como conectados. Para ello hay que abrir el Teams en el teléfono, pulsar sobre vuestras iniciales (paso 1, ver capturas), ir a configuración (paso 2) y por último ir a la parte inferior de la pantalla y seleccionamos Cerrar Sesión (paso 3). REFLEXIONA: Una pequeña acción, cuando es replicada por muchos, puede generar una gran oleada de cambio con la misma fuerza que una acción de mayor magnitud. In order to ensure compliance with these hours, it is very important that you keep your computer completely turned off outside these hours. It is not enough to close the lid of the laptop or wait for it to go on standby because, in this way, the presence in Teams remains as “Away” and the desired effect is that we are in “Offline” mode. It should be noted that, for those of you who have Teams installed on your cell phone, you must close the session because otherwise you will always appear as connected. To do this, open Teams on the phone, click on your initials (step 1, check captures below), go to settings (step 2) and finally go to the bottom of the screen and select Logout (step 3).
