Nuevos despidos. ¡STC continúa la lucha! / New layoffs. STC continues the fight!

Los despidos no cesan en Ericsson. La Empresa continúa echando a personas trabajadoras a la calle. Esta misma semana hemos recibido información sobre una nueva persona a la que han entregado una carta de despido.
Mientras tanto, en Ericsson España se ha ganado 21,4 millones en 2022, un 64% más que el año anterior, gracias al impulso de las ventas que son el resultado del esfuerzo y la dedicación de toda la plantilla que conforma esta empresa.
Desde STC continuamos trabajando para que esta sangría pare, y que la empresa apueste por medidas razonables y se avenga a negociar un Plan de Salidas. Urge devolver la tranquilidad a la plantilla y reconstruir un entorno laboral sano.
Nos reiteramos en la solicitud a la empresa de un Plan de Salidas y Recolocaciones. Desde STC no cejamos en nuestro empeño de conseguir un Plan Social de Salidas con adscripción voluntaria.
En cuanto a las movilizaciones de estas semanas, agradecemos a la personas que las han seguido, y valoramos positivamente la participación en las mismas.No nos queda más remedio que seguir explorando estas vías, por lo que seguiremos con las movilizaciones y en los próximos meses pondremos en práctica otras nuevas acciones de protesta.

The layoffs continue at Ericsson. The company continues to throw workers out on the street. Just this week we have received information about a new person who has been handed a letter of dismissal.
Meanwhile, Ericsson Spain has earned 21.4 million in 2022, 64% more than the previous year, thanks to the boost in sales that are the result of the effort and dedication of the entire workforce that makes up this company.
From STC we continue to work to stop this bleeding, and for the company to opt for reasonable measures and agree to negotiate an Exit Plan. It is urgent to restore calm to the workforce and rebuild a healthy working environment.
We reiterate our request to the company for an Exit and Relocation Plan. From STC we do not cease in our efforts to achieve a Social Plan for Departures on a voluntary basis.
As for the mobilisations of these weeks, we thank the people who have followed them, and we value positively the participation in them. We have no choice but to continue exploring these avenues, so we will continue with the mobilisations and in the coming months we will implement other new protest actions.
