Reunión con el CEO / Meeting with the CEO
Ante la actual situación de despidos en la empresa, desde STC hemos solicitado una reunión con el CEO, Andrés Vicente. El próximo 18 de marzo tendremos la oportunidad de expresarle vuestras preocupaciones sobre la situación actual.
Agradecemos a nuestro máximo responsable en España por aceptar nuestra invitación a esta reunión, a la que también se ha invitado a todas las Secciones Sindicales.
En la actualidad, hay muchos temas importantes que necesitamos abordar, como la pérdida de poder adquisitivo, la formación y el envejecimiento de la plantilla. Sin embargo, nuestra prioridad es comunicar la inquietud y preocupación de la plantilla ante la constante serie de despidos que se han estado produciendo desde el año pasado.
Estamos convencidos de que esta estrategia de despidos ha generado una gran desilusión y desmotivación entre todas las personas trabajadoras de esta empresa. Insistiremos en la necesidad de implementar un plan social que incluya salidas voluntarias y aprovecharemos la ocasión para reiterar nuestra disposición al diálogo. Os animamos a que nos contactéis en los próximos días y nos comuniquéis cualquier otro tema que os preocupe, para poder darle la visibilidad que merece en esta reunión

We thank our top manager in Spain for accepting our invitation to this meeting, to which all the Union Sections have also been invited.
At present, there are many important issues that we need to address, such as the loss of purchasing power, training and the aging of the workforce. However, our priority is to communicate the concerns and worries of the workforce in the face of the constant series of layoffs that have been taking place since last year.
We are convinced that this layoff strategy has generated great disillusionment and demotivation among all the workers of this company. We will insist on the need to implement a social plan that includes voluntary departures and we will take this opportunity to reiterate our willingness to dialogue.
